Getting Started with Creative Studio

Overview

Creative Studio is a built-in design tool in Supergrow where you can create carousels, infographics, and visual content for your LinkedIn posts, or upload your own media. Everything you create is saved to your library and can be attached directly to any post.

Creative Studio is available in two views: an individual workspace view, where you see your own creative library, and an organisation view, where admins and team members can browse creatives across all workspaces in one place.

What You Can Do in Creative Studio

  • Design carousels, infographics, and images from scratch or using templates

  • Upload your own images, videos, audio, and fonts

  • Browse and filter your existing creative library by type

  • View and filter creatives across all workspaces from the organisation view

  • Export designs as PNG, ZIP, or PDF

  • Save designs directly to your Creative Studio library

  • Access your saved templates for reuse

1. Access Creative Studio (Individual Workspace View)

Step 1: Click Creative Studio from the left sidebar under "Content Creation".

Step 2: You'll see your full creative library with all previously created and uploaded assets.

Step 3: Use the filter tabs at the top to browse by type:

  • All types — everything in your library

  • Images — uploaded or designed images

  • Videos — uploaded video files

  • Carousels — multi-slide carousel designs

  • Audio — uploaded audio files

  • Fonts — uploaded custom fonts

2. Use the Organisation View (For Teams and Admins)

If you're part of a team or agency, you can also access Creative Studio at the organisation level to see creatives from every workspace in one place.

Step 1: Open Creative Studio from your organisation dashboard.

Step 2: By default, the library shows assets from All workspaces.

Step 3: To narrow it down, click the All workspaces dropdown in the top right and select a specific workspace. The library will update to show only that workspace's creatives.

Step 4: All the same actions are available here, use the type filter tabs to browse,

Upload to add new media, or + Design new to start a fresh design.

This is especially useful for agencies and teams managing content for multiple members, you can review everyone's creative assets without switching between individual workspaces.

3. Upload Existing Media

Step 1: Click Upload in the top right corner.

Step 2: Select the file from your device, images, videos, audio, or fonts are all supported.

Step 3: The uploaded file will appear in your library under the relevant type filter.

Use this to bring in your own branded visuals, headshots, or audio files to use across your designs.

4. Design a New Creative

Step 1: Click + Design new in the top right corner.

Step 2: A Choose a template modal will appear with three tabs:

  • Featured — a curated library of ready-to-use templates for carousels, infographics, and images. Filter by All types, Carousels, Infographics, or Images. You can also start from a blank canvas.

  • My Templates — your previously saved templates. Anything you create and save will appear here automatically.

  • Canva Import (Coming Soon) — bring your existing Canva designs into Creative Studio with one click.

Step 3: Click any template to open it in the editor, or click Start from blank to begin with an empty canvas.

5. Use the Design Editor

Once inside the editor, you'll see:

Left toolbar:

  • Text — add text boxes to your design

  • Duplicate / Delete page icons

  • Export — download or save your design

Right panel tabs:

  • Position — adjust the position and alignment of selected elements

  • Layers — view and manage the layer order of elements on the canvas

6. Export Your Design

Step 1: Click the Export button in the top right of the editor.

Step 2: Choose from the following options:

  • Download as PNG — saves each page as a separate image file

  • Download as ZIP — downloads all pages as a ZIP of PNG files

  • Download as PDF — saves the full design as a PDF (ideal for carousels)

  • Save image to library — saves the current page as an image to your Creative Studio library

  • Save carousel to library — saves the full multi-page design as a carousel to your library

Step 3: Once saved to your library, the design can be attached to any post directly from the post editor.

Key Reminders

  • Canva Import is coming soon, you'll be notified when it's live

  • Everything you design is auto-saved and accessible from your Creative Studio library

  • Use Save carousel to library to make a multi-slide design available to attach to posts as a carousel

  • Use Save image to library if you only want to use a single slide as a standalone image

  • In the organisation view, use the All workspaces dropdown to switch between the full team library and a single workspace's creatives

  • The old carousel maker is still accessible, a banner at the top of Creative Studio links to it if you need it

  • Custom fonts can be uploaded under the Fonts tab and used across your designs
