How to use PostCast

In this article you will learn how to use PostCast to create high-quality, on-brand LinkedIn content.

Updated this week

PostCast in Supergrow helps you turn your thoughts, opinions, and experiences into LinkedIn posts without sitting down to write from scratch.

You talk.

PostCast asks questions.

Content gets created.

What PostCast is (In Simple Terms)

PostCast works like a guided interview.

Instead of:

  • Writing a post

  • Thinking of hooks

  • Structuring ideas

You:

  • Answer questions

  • Share your thoughts naturally

  • Let Supergrow convert them into LinkedIn-ready content

It’s designed for people who:

  • Have ideas but don’t want to write

  • Prefer talking over typing

  • Want authentic, on-brand content

Step-by-Step: How to Use PostCast

Step 1: Open PostCast

  • Log in to Supergrow

  • Click on PostCast from left side menu

Step 2: Add a topic

  • Start a new PostCast session by entering a topic of your choice or

  • Pick a suggested topic

Choose something you:

  • Have experience with

  • Have an opinion on

  • Can speak about comfortably

Step 3: Answer the questions

  • PostCast will ask you a series of guided questions

  • Answer them in your own words

  • There are no right or wrong answers

Tips:

  • Be natural

  • Speak like you would in a conversation

  • Don’t overthink structure

The quality of output improves when answers are honest and specific.

Step 4: Generate high-quality LinkedIn content (Critical Step)

This is the most important step in using PostCast correctly.

In Supergrow, content generation is iterative by design. You are expected to refine, not accept the first output blindly.

4.1 Generate the posts

  • Click Generate Post

  • Supergrow will generate three LinkedIn post drafts at once

Each post:

  • Is based on your answers

  • Uses your tone and context

  • Presents a slightly different angle or structure

This gives you options, not a single forced output.

4.2 Review all three posts

Before doing anything else:

  • Read all three drafts

  • Look for:

    • Which one sounds most like you

    • Which one communicates the idea most clearly

    • Which one you’d actually post on LinkedIn

You do not need to like all three.

You only need one strong direction.

4.3 Regenerate the posts

If none of the posts feel right, try regenerating again

  • Click Regenerate button

  • Supergrow will generate three new posts again

  • This time, it will actively consider your instructions

You can repeat this process until:

  • One post clearly stands out

  • The content feels natural and confident

  • You’re comfortable sending it for review or publishing

4.5 Get more versions of a post you like

If you like one of the three generated posts and want more posts in a similar direction, you don’t need to start over.

Here’s what to do:

  • Select the post you like

  • Click on Get more versions

  • (Optional) Add specific instructions if you want small changes

Once you do this:

  • Supergrow will generate more posts similar to the one you selected

  • The system keeps the same direction, structure, and intent

  • You get variations without losing what already worked

This is the best way to refine good content into great content.

Important Things to Remember

  • Generating multiple times is expected, not wrong

  • Clear instructions lead to better outputs

  • You are shaping direction, not rewriting manually

Note: If you like the direction, get more versions. If you don’t like the direction, regenerate with instructions.

Step 5: Edit and save posts

  • Review the draft

  • Make small edits if needed

  • Save posts as draft

You can:

  • Edit it yourself

  • Or send it for review using the approval workflow

Step 6: Send for review or move forward

  • If approvals are enabled:

    • Move the content to In Review from the kanban board

    • Select a reviewer

  • If no approval is required:

    • Schedule it right away.
