Before scheduling, configure when you want to post.
Click "⚙️ Time Slot Settings" in the top right
The Schedule Settings modal will appear
Set Your Time Zone
Verify or select your timezone from the dropdown

⚠️ Important: Ensure your timezone is correct so posts publish at the right time.
Add Time Slots
Under Time Slots, you'll see a grid with days of the week
Default slot appears (e.g., 09:00 AM)
Check the boxes for days you want this time slot active
To add more time slots:
Click the + icon at the bottom left
A new time slot row appears

To remove a time slot:
Click the × icon next to the time
💡 Tip: Generally it is best practice to post at the same time day.
Step 3: Schedule a Post
Now you're ready to add content to your calendar. There are two ways to schedule a post.
Option 1: Pick a saved post directly on the calendar
Click the three dots (⋯) on any empty time slot
Select "Pick a saved post"
Choose a draft from your Content Library or Kanban board
The post will be scheduled for that slot
Option 2: Write a new post
Click the three dots (⋯) on any empty time slot
Select "Write new post"
You'll be taken to the post editor
Create your post and it will be scheduled automatically
Step 4: View Scheduled Posts
Once scheduled, posts appear in your calendar slots.
What you'll see:

View options:
Week view: See all posts for the current week

Best Practices
Do This:
Batch schedule content:
Set aside time weekly to schedule multiple posts
Maintain consistency without daily effort
Use optimal time slots:
Schedule for Tuesday-Thursday, 9 AM - 12 PM
Test different times and track performance
Plan campaigns ahead:
Use month view to visualize content themes
Balance different content types throughout the week
Review before publishing:
Check scheduled posts a day before
Make last-minute edits if needed
Set multiple time slots:
Create 2-3 posting times per day for variety
Match time slots to your audience's active hours
Avoid This:
Scheduling too many posts in one day
Forgetting to set the correct timezone
Not reviewing scheduled content regularly
Scheduling without checking for conflicts or events
