How Does the Org Weekly Report Work?

Overview

The Org Weekly Report is Supergrow's team performance dashboard for agencies, managers, and team leads. It provides a comprehensive view of your team's LinkedIn activity, content performance, and engagement metrics, all in one place.

Accessing the Weekly Report

  1. Click Weekly Report in the left sidebar under "Team Management"

  2. You'll see your organization's weekly performance dashboard

  3. Use the date arrows (← →) to navigate between weeks


Understanding the Report Sections

Overview Stats (Top)

At the top of every tab, you'll see:

Key Metrics:

  • Posts Published - Total posts from all workspaces (e.g., "14 posts" with percentage change)

  • Engagements - Total likes, comments, and shares (e.g., "851 engagements")

  • Active Workspaces - Number of workspaces that posted this week (e.g., "6 active")


The Four Main Tabs

Tab 1: This Week

What it shows: Weekly highlights and top-performing content

Sections:

Top Performing Post:

  • Best post of the week by engagement

  • Shows author, engagement multiplier (e.g., "3.4x avg engagement")

  • Post preview with likes, comments, and reposts

Winning Formula:

  • What made the post successful

  • Content structure breakdown

  • Key elements to replicate

Hook Template:

  • The opening line formula used

  • Why it worked

Team Takeaway:

  • Lesson for the entire team

  • How to apply this strategy

Replicable Elements:

  • Specific tactics to copy

  • Formatting or structure tips

Team Performance Summary:

  • Posts count with trend (e.g., "+26%")

  • Total engagements

  • Active and inactive workspaces

Workspace Breakdown:

  • List of all team workspaces

  • Posts and engagements per workspace

  • Performance indicators


Tab 2: Content Opportunities

What it shows: Trending topics and content ideas based on industry news

How it works:

  • AI analyzes recent industry news and trends

  • Suggests relevant content angles for your team

  • Each opportunity includes:

    • Article headline and source

    • Relevance score (e.g., "9.2" out of 10)

    • Article summary

    • Suggested angle for your content

    • Recommended team members to create this content

    • "Read Article" link to source

Best for: Content planning and staying relevant with trending topics


Tab 3: Member Reports

What it shows: Individual performance for each team member

Sections:

Member List:

  • Profile photo and name

  • Posts published this week (e.g., "3 posts")

  • Engagements received (e.g., "27 engagements")

  • "View Report" button for detailed individual analytics

Status Indicators:

  • "Top" - Best performer

  • "Consistent" - Regular poster

  • "No LinkedIn" - Account not connected

Report Pending:

  • Team members whose reports are still generating

Best for: Tracking individual contributor performance and identifying top performers


Tab 4: What Worked

What it shows: Strategic insights and recommendations based on the week's performance

Three Columns:

1. What's Working (Green):

  • Content strategies that performed well

  • Successful post formats

  • Effective approaches to replicate

2. Key Learnings (Blue):

  • Data-driven insights from this week

  • Audience behavior patterns

  • Performance trends

3. Recommendations (Orange):

  • Actionable suggestions for improvement

  • New strategies to try

  • Content gaps to fill

Best for: Strategic planning and continuous improvement


Viewing Individual Member Reports

  1. Go to the "Member Reports" tab

  2. Find the team member you want to review

  3. Click "View Report"

  4. See their detailed analytics:

    • Posts published

    • Engagement metrics

    • Top-performing content

    • Posting consistency


Sharing the Weekly Report

To share with stakeholders:

  1. Click the "Share" button in the top right

  2. A "Share Weekly Report" modal appears showing:

    • Date range (e.g., "Mar 15 - Mar 21, 2026")

    • Key metrics (Posts, Engagements, Active/Inactive workspaces)

    • Top performers list with engagement numbers

    • Best performing content preview

  3. Choose sharing method:

    • "Copy to Clipboard" - Share the summary text

    • "Download" - Save as a file or PDF

What gets shared:

  • Performance summary

  • Top performers

  • Best content

  • "Powered by Supergrow" attribution
