Overview
The Analytics page gives Organisation Owners a detailed view of their team's LinkedIn performance. You can track Earned Media Value, reach, engagement, participation health, top posts, and individual member performance, all in one place. You can also filter by date range and download reports.
What You Can See on the Analytics Page
As an admin, you can:
Track key performance metrics across your entire organisation
View EMV and impressions trends over time
Monitor participation health across team members
See the top performing posts for any period
Compare individual member performance on the leaderboard
Filter data by custom date ranges
Download or copy the report as an image
1. Access the Analytics Page
Step 1: Click Analytics from the left sidebar under "Insights".
Step 2: The page loads with the default view set to the Last 30 days.
Step 3: Click the Last 30 days dropdown in the top right to change the time period.
2. Filter by Date Range
Step 1: Click the Last 30 days dropdown at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Choose from the preset options:
Last 7 days
Last 30 days
Last 90 days
This month
Last month
Last quarter
Custom range
Step 3: To set a custom range, select Custom range and pick a start and end date from the calendar.
Step 4: The entire page, metrics, chart, participation health, top posts, and leaderboard, updates automatically based on the selected period.
3. View Key Performance Metrics
At the top of the page you'll see four metrics for the selected period:
Earned Media Value (EMV) — The estimated dollar value of your team's LinkedIn activity, compared to the previous period
Total Reach — Total impressions generated across all workspaces
Engagement Rate — The percentage of people engaging with your team's content
Program Adoption — The number of active workspaces out of your total seats (e.g. 6 of 11 active)
The Total EMV below the metrics cards shows your cumulative all-time value since joining Supergrow.
4. Performance Over Time Chart
Step 1: Scroll down to the Performance Over Time chart.
Step 2: The chart displays two lines EMV (blue) and Impressions (green) plotted daily across the selected period.
Step 3: Hover over any point on the chart to see the exact EMV and impressions value for that date.
5. Participation Health
Step 1: Scroll to the Participation Health section.
Step 2: View how your team members are distributed across five activity categories:
Champions — Posting consistently and driving strong results
Regular — Posting regularly but with moderate results
Occasional — Posting infrequently
At Risk — Have not posted recently and may need follow-up
Dormant — Have not posted in a long time
Step 3: Use this to identify which team members need support or encouragement to stay active.
6. Top Posts This Period
Step 1: Scroll to the Top Posts This Period section on the right side of the page.
Step 2: View the highest performing posts from your team during the selected period, along with the author name and total engagements.
Step 3: Click on any post to view it in full.
7. Member Leaderboard
Step 1: Scroll down to the Member Leaderboard section.
Step 2: View all team members ranked by EMV by default. The leaderboard shows:
Posts published
Impressions
Engagements
Engagement rate
EMV
Step 3: Click any column header to re-sort the leaderboard by that metric.
8. Download or Share the Report
Step 1: Click Copy as Image in the top right to copy a snapshot of the analytics page to your clipboard.
Step 2: Click Download Report to download the analytics data as a file to share with stakeholders.
Key Reminders
All metrics update automatically when you change the date range
Hover over the Performance Over Time chart to see exact daily values
Participation Health helps identify team members who need support before they go dormant
The leaderboard is sorted by EMV by default, click any column to re-sort
Total EMV at the top always shows your cumulative all-time value, regardless of the date filter
