What are team members in Supergrow?
In Supergrow, team members are people who are part of your Supergrow account and participate in the content workflow.
Team members can be:
The person from whose LinkedIn profile content will be published
Other team members who help with content creation, review, or management
How team members work with workspaces
Each workspace can have multiple team members
Team members invited to a workspace get access to that workspace
The same team member can be invited to multiple workspaces
This allows you to:
Collaborate as a team
Share responsibility
Scale content without friction
How to invite team members in Supergrow
Step 1: Identify the Team Member Decide which individual this workspace is for. Create one workspace per team member.
Step 2: Navigate to the Members menu from the left-side navigation bar.
Step 3: Click on Invite Member.
Step 4: Enter the Email Address and Assign a Role
Click the + Invite Member button in the top right corner of the Organization Members page.
An "Invite New Members" dialog will appear.
In the Email Address field, type the email address of the team member you want to invite.
Need to invite multiple people at once? Click + Add email to add more email fields.
Under Role, select the appropriate role:
Member — Can create and manage their own content
Admin — Full access to organization settings and all members
Click Send Invite.
Step 5: Click on Send Invite.
Step 6: Once the invited team member accepts the invite and joins the account, a new workspace is automatically created for that team member.
That’s it.
Once you send the invite:
An email will be sent to all the entered email addresses
Invited users will be asked to join your company account
How to remove team members in Supergrow
Currently, removing a team member from your organization cannot be done directly from the Supergrow interface. To remove a team member, you will need to contact Supergrow Support and the removal will be handled from the backend.

Or email the support team directly at [email protected]
Once you reach out, share the name and email address of the team member you'd like removed, and the Supergrow team will take care of it promptly.
