In a sea of AI-generated content, your unique voice is what makes you stand out. Supergrow's Content Writing Style feature learns how you write so every post sounds authentically like you, not like a generic AI bot.

By teaching Supergrow your writing style, you'll create LinkedIn content that genuinely connects with your audience while saving hours of editing time.

Why This Matters

When AI learns your writing patterns, tone, and preferences, it can:

  • Generate posts that sound like you wrote them

  • Save you from heavy editing and rewrites

  • Maintain consistency across all your content

  • Help you scale content creation without losing authenticity

Step 1: Access Content Writing Style Settings

  1. Click Settings in the left sidebar menu

  2. Navigate to the Content Writing Style tab

  3. Click the Create New Style button

You'll see the style creation interface open up.


Step 2: Name Your Content Style

Give your style a descriptive name that you'll recognize later.

Examples:

  • "Professional & Friendly"

  • "My LinkedIn Voice"

  • "Thought Leadership Tone"

  • "Client Name - Brand Voice" (if you're managing multiple clients)

This is especially helpful if you manage multiple brands or want to experiment with different tones.


Step 3: Add Content for Supergrow to Learn From

Now comes the important part, teaching Supergrow how you write. Click the Add posts button and choose from three options:

Option 1: Select from Your Existing Supergrow Content

If you've already created posts in Supergrow, you can choose from your:

  • Published posts

  • Saved drafts

  • Content library items

This is the quickest option if you've been using Supergrow for a while.

Option 2: Add Content Manually (Copy & Paste)

Paste in your best LinkedIn posts directly. This works great if you:

  • Have high-performing posts you want to replicate

  • Write outside of Supergrow and want to import that style

  • Have specific posts that perfectly capture your voice

Where to find good content to paste:

  • Your most-engaged LinkedIn posts

  • Posts that got great comments or DMs

  • Content that led to business conversations

  • Posts that feel most "you"

Option 3: Fetch Posts Directly from LinkedIn

You have two ways to fetch posts from LinkedIn:

A. Import Your Own Posts Connect your LinkedIn account to automatically import your past posts. Supergrow will:

  • Pull your recent content

  • Analyze your engagement patterns

  • Identify what resonates with your audience

  • Learn your natural writing rhythms

B. Learn from Other People's Writing Style Want to write like someone you admire? You can add their LinkedIn profile URL to fetch their posts. This is perfect when you:

  • Admire another creator's writing style

  • Want to emulate a thought leader in your industry

  • Need inspiration for a specific tone or approach

  • Are ghostwriting and want to match a client's preferred voice

Simply paste their LinkedIn profile URL, and Supergrow will analyze their public posts to capture that writing style.

⚠️ Important: You must add at least 10 posts across all options for Supergrow to learn your style effectively. More posts (15-20) give even better results and more accurate style matching.


Step 4: Save and Process Your Style

  1. Once you've added your content, click Add Posts to save it

  2. Click Save Style to start the analysis

  3. Wait approximately 30 seconds while Supergrow processes your content

You'll see a processing indicator letting you know the system is working.

πŸ’‘ What's happening behind the scenes: Supergrow is analyzing your word choice, sentence structure, tone, favorite topics, and writing patterns to create your unique style profile.


Step 5: Verify Your Style is Ready

  1. Refresh the page after about 30 seconds

  2. Check the status next to your style name

  3. When you see "Available", your style is ready to use!

Success! You've successfully created your custom content writing style.


Step 6: Use Your Style When Creating Posts

Now that your style is set up, here's how to use it:

  1. Go to Post Generator from your dashboard

  2. Select any template you want to use

  3. Look for the Content Style dropdown menu

  4. Select the style you just created

  5. Generate your post

The AI will now create content that matches your unique voice and tone.
