What is PostCast?
PostCast works like a guided interview with an AI interviewer named Alex.
Instead of:
Writing a post

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access PostCast
Log in to Supergrow
Click PostCast in the left sidebar under "Content Creation"
You'll see the "Postcast Sessions" page
Step 2: Start a New Session
Click + New Session in the top right corner
A modal will appear: "Create New Interview Session"
You'll see the tagline: "Choose how you'd like to start your conversation with Alex, our AI interviewer"
Step 3: Select Session Type
Choose from three options:
Topic Discussion (Recommended)
Start a fresh conversation about any topic
Create your own or use suggested topics
Best for: New content ideas
Text Content Discussion
Analyze and discuss specific text content, articles, or written material with AI insights
Best for: Repurposing existing content
Follow-up Session
Continue the conversation from a previously completed session
Dive deeper into topics
Best for: Expanding on previous interviews

Step 4: Set Up Your Topic (for Topic Discussion)
Option 1: Enter a Custom Topic
In the "Custom Topic" field, enter your topic
Example: "Building a successful startup, Remote work challenges..."
Option 2: Choose from Suggested Topics
Scroll down to "Choose from Suggested Topics"
Select from pre-made topics like:
Career transitions and job changes
Customer success practices
Talent acquisition and recruitment
Startup culture and founder appreciation
💡 Choose something you have experience with, have an opinion on, or can speak about comfortably
Step 5: Start the Session
After selecting your topic, click Start Session
Note: "Session will last approximately 30 minutes"
The interview begins with Alex, your AI interviewer
Step 6: Answer the Questions
Alex will ask you a series of guided questions
Answer them in your own words, naturally
Speak like you would in a conversation
There are no right or wrong answers
Tips:
Be natural and honest
Don't overthink structure
Give specific examples when possible
The quality of output improves when answers are detailed
Step 7: View Conversation Analysis
After your interview, you'll see:
Key Takeaways:
Memorable Quotes - Standout quotes from your conversation
Lessons Learned - Key insights extracted from the discussion
Actionable Advice - Practical takeaways
Mindset Shifts - Perspective changes discussed
Tools, Strategies & Insights:

Step 8: Generate LinkedIn Posts (Critical Step)
This is the most important step. Content generation in Supergrow is iterative by design.
8.1 Generate Initial Posts
Click Generate My Posts button
Supergrow will generate three LinkedIn post drafts at once
Each post:
Is based on your interview answers
Uses your tone and context
Presents a different angle or structure
You'll see:
Step 1: Hook Selection (3/3) - Shows recommended hooks extracted from your conversation
Step 2: Content Style Selection (Optional) - Apply your Content DNA if active
Current Generated Posts tab with three post variations
8.2 Review All Three Posts
Before doing anything:
Read all three drafts carefully
Look for which one sounds most like you
Which one communicates the idea most clearly
Which one you'd actually post on LinkedIn
You don't need to like all three. You only need one strong direction.
8.3 Regenerate Posts if Needed
If none of the posts feel right:
Click Regenerate Posts button
Supergrow will generate three new posts
Review the new options
Repeat until one post clearly stands out
8.5 Get More Versions of a Post You Like
If you like one of the three posts:
Click Get more versions on that specific post
Supergrow will generate more posts similar to the one you selected
Same direction, structure, and intent
Variations without losing what already worked
💡 This is the best way to refine good content into great content
Step 9: Review Post Options
For each generated post, you can:
Thumbs up - Like the post
Thumbs down - Dislike the post
Additional Feedback: Can add feedback if needed
Refresh icon - Get another variation
Get more versions - Generate similar posts
Step 10: Save or Schedule Your Post
Once you have a post you're happy with:
Option 1: Save as Draft
Click Save as Draft
Post will be saved to your Kanban board
You can edit it later
Option 2: Edit & Schedule
Click Edit & Schedule
Make final edits
Schedule for posting
Important Things to Remember
Generating multiple times is expected, not wrong:
First drafts are rarely perfect
Iteration improves quality
Use regeneration and "Get more versions" freely
Clear instructions lead to better outputs:
Be specific in your interview answers
Use real examples
Share concrete details
You are shaping direction, not rewriting manually:
If you like the direction → Get more versions
If you don't like the direction → Regenerate with different selections
Content DNA makes it better:
If your Content DNA is active, posts will match your writing style
