Your drafts are stored in the Kanban Board, where you can view, edit, organize, and manage all your draft posts in one place.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Kanban Board
Click Kanban in the left sidebar under "Drafts & Scheduling"
You'll see the Kanban Board page
Step 2: View Your Drafts
The Kanban Board is organized into columns: Drafts, In-Review, Changes Needed, Approved, Scheduled, and Published
All your draft posts will appear in the Drafts column (leftmost column)
The number next to "Drafts" shows how many drafts you have (e.g., "Drafts 1")
Step 3: Manage Your Drafts
Click on any draft card to view its full content
Click the three-dot menu (β―) on any draft to see available actions:
View - Preview the draft
Edit - Modify the draft content
Auto-plug Config - Configure auto-comment settings
Delete - Remove the draft
Step 4: Move Drafts Through Your Workflow
Drag and drop drafts between columns to update their status
Move drafts from "Drafts" to "In-Review", "Approved", or "Scheduled" as needed
Success! You can now easily find and manage all your drafts.
