How to Bulk Upload Drafts?

Overview

The bulk upload feature lets you import multiple draft posts at once using a CSV file, saving you time instead of creating each draft manually.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Access Bulk Upload

  1. Go to your Supergrow Dashboard

  2. Click Write Post button

  3. A modal will appear titled "Create Your LinkedIn Post"

  4. Click on Upload Drafts in Bulk option at the bottom

Step 2: Prepare Your CSV File

  1. In the "Upload CSV" popup, click Sample CSV file to download the template

  2. Open the downloaded CSV file

  3. Add your LinkedIn post content in the first column, with each post as a separate row

  4. Save your file (supports XLS, CSV, XLSX files up to 10MB)

Step 3: Upload Your CSV File

  1. In the "Upload CSV" popup, either:

    • Click "Click to upload" and select your file, or

    • Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload area

  2. Click the Upload button

  3. Wait for the processing to complete

Step 4: Confirm Upload Success

  1. You'll see a "Bulk upload successful!" confirmation message

  2. The message will confirm "Your CSV files are uploaded and ready"

  3. Click Continue to proceed

Step 5: Review and Schedule Your Drafts

  1. Refresh your browser if needed

  2. Go to Kanban under "Drafts & Scheduling" in the left sidebar

  3. Your imported drafts will appear in the Kanban board

  4. Review, edit, and schedule each draft as needed

Success! You've successfully imported multiple LinkedIn posts in bulk.
