Overview
As a team admin, connecting Supergrow to your AI tool via MCP lets you manage your entire team's content workflow using natural language without switching between dashboards. You can draft posts for team members, review analytics across workspaces, schedule content, and more, all from within your AI tool.
You need a premium or business subscription of the AI tool you're integrating with, and you must be an admin on that platform to enable MCP connectors.
What You Can Do as an Admin via MCP
Draft and queue posts for any team member's workspace
Pull analytics and performance data across all workspaces
Fill scheduling gaps across your team's content calendar
Score and improve drafts before they go for review
Repurpose content (articles, videos, transcripts) into posts for multiple workspaces at once
Save content to the knowledge base for team-wide use
1. Set Up MCP for Your Team
Step 1: Log in to Supergrow as an Organisation Owner.
Step 2: Click MCP from the left sidebar under "Integrations".
Step 3: Create your API key by entering a name and clicking Create API Key.
Step 4: Follow the setup instructions for your AI tool, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Manus, or Other as shown on the MCP Setup page.
Step 5: Download and upload the Supergrow skill file in your AI tool for best results.
On Claude Team or Enterprise, or ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, only an admin of that platform can add connectors. If you manage those accounts, set it up yourself. If not, ask that admin to add the connector using your MCP connection URL.
2. Manage Team Content via MCP
Once connected, use natural language in your AI tool to manage content across your team:
Draft posts for a team member: "Draft a LinkedIn post for Andy Lambert about our Q2 product launch in his Content DNA voice and save it as a draft."
Fill the content calendar: "Show me which workspaces have empty time slots next week"
Review team performance: "Show me impressions and engagement for all workspaces over the last 30 days. Who is underperforming?"
Repurpose content at scale: "Turn this blog post into 5 LinkedIn posts one for each team member adapted to their individual voice."
Score and improve drafts: "Review all drafts in the In-Review column and score each one on hook quality and CTA strength."
Key Reminders
The API key is tied to your workspace keep it secure and do not share it publicly
On team AI plans, only the platform admin can enable MCP connectors coordinate with them if needed
The Supergrow skill file is strongly recommended it gives the AI the correct order of operations for Supergrow workflows
MCP works at the workspace level, make sure you are in the correct workspace before running commands that affect specific team members
