When you’re managing LinkedIn for multiple clients, clarity and structure are everything. Supergrow’s workspace system is built exactly for that.
Think of each workspace as its own mini-Supergrow account created for one specific client. Everything stays clean, organized, and completely separate.
Before we go into content creation, approvals, engagement, and analytics, let’s start with the foundation: setting up your clients inside Supergrow.
Account Setup
How to onboard clients into Supergrow the right way
There are two ways to manage a client's LinkedIn presence inside Supergrow. Both are equally powerful, and your workflow simply depends on how you work with your clients:
Option A: Invite clients to your Supergrow account
Option B: Do not invite clients and manage everything internally
No matter which path you choose, the process always starts the same way: by creating a workspace for each client.
Step 1: Create a workspace for each client
A workspace keeps everything related to a specific client separate, including content, analytics, calendars, and engagement lists.
One client equals one workspace.
Steps:
Go to your Workspaces tab.
Click Create Workspace.
Name it after your client.
How it helps: You will never mix content, engagement lists, analytics, or schedules between clients again.
Tip: If you manage multiple personas for the same brand, create separate workspaces for each persona rather than grouping everything together.
Step 2: Connect your client’s LinkedIn account
This step works differently depending on whether you want to invite clients into Supergrow or manage everything internally.
Option A: Manage clients without inviting them to Supergrow
Perfect if you want full control or if your clients prefer not to log into another tool.
Steps:
Go to the client’s workspace.
Open Settings → LinkedIn Accounts.
Create a public authentication link.
Copy the link and share it with your client.
The client clicks the link and authenticates their LinkedIn account.
How it helps: You get posting, commenting, scheduling, and analytics access without needing the client to create an account.
Tip: Tell your client this only authorizes Supergrow to publish content and engage. It does not give you access to their messages or sensitive data.
Option B: Invite clients to your Supergrow workspace
Ideal if your clients want a dashboard to approve content, track analytics, or collaborate with you.
Steps:
Go to the client’s workspace.
Open Settings → Workspace Members.
Invite your client and assign the Client role.
Ask them to accept the invitation and connect their LinkedIn account.
What clients will see:
Dashboard
Kanban
Calendar
Analytics
How it helps: This allows smooth approval workflows and transparency without giving clients access to other clients’ data.
Tip: If your client is not tech-savvy, record a quick 1-minute Loom showing them how to connect their LinkedIn account.
2. Content Creation and Approval
This is where most agencies spend their time, so the flow must be smooth.
Supergrow is built to make this feel natural and fast.
Work inside the client’s workspace
Everything you create is stored and tracked within the workspace you’re inside.
Steps:
Switch to the relevant client workspace
Start creating content using your preferred workflow
Move the content through the Kanban stages
How it helps: You never risk mixing drafts or sending wrong posts to the wrong client.
Send content for approval
If the client is invited:
They get an instant email
They can approve or request revisions right inside Supergrow
You get notified once they respond
If the client is not invited:
You can create a public link of the content
Share it through your usual workflow (WhatsApp, Google Doc, email)
Update the Kanban stage manually
Tip: Use the Kanban board as your content tracker even if clients aren’t inside Supergrow.
Schedule and publish
Once the content is approved:
Schedule posts directly inside the client workspace
Everything goes live on their LinkedIn profile automatically
You can track upcoming and past posts via Calendar
How it helps: You maintain a clean, organized posting pipeline across all clients.
Engagement
Engagement is a big part of managing multiple clients, and Supergrow makes this simple.
Create engagement lists inside each client workspace
Each client typically engages with different audiences.
So engagement lists must stay separate.
Steps:
Open the client’s workspace
Create a list with the people they want to consistently engage with
Start commenting inside Supergrow
Engage across multiple clients smoothly
This is where Supergrow becomes powerful.
The workflow looks like this:
Open Client A workspace
Engage/comment on behalf of Client A
Switch to Client B workspace
Engage/comment on behalf of Client B
Repeat for as many clients as you manage
No logins. No juggling browsers. Just smooth switching.
Analytics
Analytics help you show your clients the impact of your work and measure progress cleanly.
Add the client’s LinkedIn profile to their workspace
Steps:
Open the workspace
Go to Analytics
Connect their LinkedIn profile
Once connected, Supergrow will show:
Follower growth
Connection growth
Engagement performance
Post-wise analytics
Top commenters
Trend insights
Everything stays separate per workspace.
How it helps: You always have clean, client-specific reports without manual tracking.
