Overview
Content Interviews help you extract expertise from your team without anyone having to write a thing. Members simply talk to Alex on PostCast, an AI interview host and Supergrow turns that conversation into LinkedIn posts, insights, content ideas, and a full transcript.
It removes the bottleneck of waiting for team members to write content, while ensuring their authentic voice is captured.
What You Can Do Using Content Interviews
As an admin, you can:
Set up personalized interview sessions for any team member
Choose the type of content to extract using the BEST Framework
Review and customize AI-generated questions before sending
Track interview completion status across workspaces
Access insights, content ideas, generated posts, and full transcripts
Generate LinkedIn posts directly from the conversation
Now let's go deeper to understand how each one works.
1. Set Up a Content Interview
Create a new interview session and choose who should participate.
How it works:
Step 1: Click Content Interviews from the left sidebar under "Content".
Step 2: Click + Setup Content Interview in the top right.
Step 3: Search or select the team members (workspaces) to send the interview to.
Step 4: Click Continue to proceed to the next step.
You can send the same interview to multiple people at once, each gets a separate personalized session.
2. Choose a BEST Framework Pillar and Topic
Select the type of content you want to extract and provide a topic to guide the questions.
How it works:
Step 1: Select one of the four pillars ; Bond (personal stories and career journeys), Educate (insights and how-tos), Showcase (wins and results), or Tell (opinions and industry predictions).
Step 2: Enter a Topic (e.g. "LinkedIn journey", "Product launch experience").
Step 3: Optionally add Additional Context to guide the tone or focus of the questions.
Step 4: Click Generate Questions.
3. Review and Approve Questions
Supergrow generates personalized questions with follow-ups for each workspace. You can edit before sending.
How it works:
Step 1: Review each generated question for the selected workspace.
Step 2: Click Regen on any question to regenerate it, or the delete icon to remove it.
Step 3: Click + Add follow-up to write your own follow-up prompts under any question.
Step 4: Click Bulk Approve All or toggle Mark as Reviewed for each workspace.
Step 5: Click Push Interview to send it to the team member.
Each question comes with 2 follow-up prompts that Alex will use during the conversation to go deeper.
4. Track Interview Progress
Monitor completion status across all workspaces from the Interview Details page.
How it works:
Step 1: Open any interview from the Content Interviews list to view its Interview Details.
Step 2: Check each workspace's status: Pending β Pushed β Completed β Post Generated.
Step 3: Click Remind next to a workspace to nudge the team member to complete their session.
Step 4: Click Generate Public Link to share the interview externally if needed.
5. View Analysis After the Interview Is Completed
Once a team member completes their PostCast session, a full analysis is available.
How it works:
Step 1: Click View Analysis next to the completed workspace.
Step 2: Browse the Insights tab for memorable quotes, lessons learned, actionable advice, and mindset shifts.
Step 3: Open Content Ideas to see 5+ post concepts with angles and audience pain points.
Step 4: Go to Generated Posts to access LinkedIn posts written in the team member's voice.
Step 5: Open the Transcript tab to read the full analyzed conversation, filterable by themes, quotes, and strategies.
6. Generate Posts from the Interview
Turn the conversation into ready-to-publish LinkedIn posts with one click.
How it works:
Step 1: From the analysis page, click Generate Posts in the top right.
Step 2: Supergrow will create multiple post variations based on the conversation.
Step 3: Review the generated posts under the Generated Posts tab.
Step 4: Use the thumbs up/down icons to rate quality and send posts to the Content Board for scheduling.
